These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Road to Kickoff (the “Service”), an independent, non-commercial personal project operated by an individual (the “operator”). The Service
Road to Kickoff is an informational and trip-planning tool that helps you locate football fixtures across Europe and organize travel around them. The Service does not sell tickets, travel, or accommodation. The operator is not a party to, and bears no responsibility for, any transaction or booking you enter into with any third party.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT IT PROVIDES, INCLUDING FIXTURE DATES, KICKOFF TIMES, VENUES, TICKET INDICATORS, DISTANCES, AND LINKS, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, OR ERROR-FREE.
Data is sourced from third parties and changes frequently. You must independently confirm all match details, tickets, and travel arrangements with the relevant club, venue, or official ticketing provider before making any booking or incurring any cost.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE OPERATOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, OR FOR ANY TRAVEL, ACCOMMODATION, OR TICKET COSTS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR ANY RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF THE OPERATOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE OPERATOR’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue use of it.
Assumption of risk
Travel and live-event plans carry inherent risk. Fixtures may be rescheduled, postponed, relocated, or sold out, and third-party information may be inaccurate or out of date. You assume all risk associated with your travel and event decisions, and you are solely responsible for verifying all details before committing any money.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the operator from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) engage in automated or large-scale scraping, harvesting, or extraction of the Service or its data; (b) interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; or (c) use the Service in any manner that infringes the rights of others or violates any applicable law.
Intellectual property
The design, text, and original content of the Service are owned by the operator and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Fixture data and all club, competition, and other names, logos, and marks are the property of their respective owners. The operator is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them, and references to them are nominative and descriptive only.

Changes and termination
The operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, and may revise these Terms, at any time. Revised Terms take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Service after posting constitutes acceptance of them.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the State in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be the state or federal courts located in that State.
Severability, waiver, and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limitations, so parts of the above may not apply to you, and nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. The operator’s failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the operator regarding the Service.
